Cold Pressed Oil Process
Cold pressing uses mechanical force — no heat, no chemicals. The result is oil in its most natural, nutrient-rich state.
Seed Selection
Only premium quality, pesticide-free seeds are selected from trusted local farmers. Each batch is inspected for moisture content and purity.
Cleaning & Sorting
Seeds are thoroughly cleaned to remove dust, stones, and impurities using mechanical sorting systems and hand-picking.
Cold Extraction
Seeds are pressed at temperatures below 40°C using high-pressure mechanical presses. No heat, no chemicals — only mechanical force.
Natural Filtration
The raw oil is filtered through natural cloth filters to remove seed sediment. No bleaching, no deodorizing, no chemical processing.
Bottling & Packaging
Filtered oil is bottled in food-grade bottles in a hygienic facility and sealed immediately to preserve freshness.
Wood Pressed (Ghani) Process
The Ghani method is the most traditional form of oil extraction — slow, ancient, and producing the most complete oil possible.
Raw Seeds
Carefully selected seeds — groundnut, sesame, coconut, or mustard — sourced directly from farms without chemical treatment.
Wooden Ghani Press
Seeds are loaded into the traditional wooden Ghani — a large wooden mortar and pestle system that rotates at just 6-8 RPM, generating minimal heat.
Slow Extraction
The Ghani rotates slowly for several hours, gently pressing oil from the seeds without raising temperature above 35°C. This is the critical step that preserves all nutrients.
Natural Settling
Pressed oil is allowed to settle naturally in clay pots for 24-48 hours. Sediment sinks to the bottom without any centrifugation or chemical treatment.
Packaging
Clear, naturally settled oil is carefully decanted and sealed in premium glass or food-grade HDPE bottles for maximum freshness.
